Choice menu 2023-2024
We are so excited to be able to now offer our clients a choice of entree! As always, all meals meet 2/3 of the daily nutritional requirements for diabetic (carbohydrate controlled), reduced sodium and modified fat diets (amounts of salt, fat, saturated fat and sugar). Our Private pay rate is $10 a day (as of January 1, 2016) for a hot and cold meal delivered to your home (two meals per delivery required). If you are age 60 and over you may be eligible for assistance through the Wellness in Nutrition Program. WIN Clients have the opportunity to make a voluntary contribution toward the cost of services. Contributions are used to expand services and are kept confidential. No one will be denied service because of an inability or unwillingness to contribute.
