Our building expansion continues to move ahead, although construction activity slowed during the holiday period due to weather, holiday schedules, and a small number of design items. All design issues are now resolved, and work has resumed. While winter weather may continue to affect progress, the contractor remains on track.
Recent work included exterior wall framing, sheathing installation, and parking lot trench backfill. Upcoming work focuses on roof truss installation and electrical infrastructure.
Operational impacts remain minimal, with temporary parking limitations and brief crane activity anticipated.
