We wanted to provide an update the NAMOW building expansion. Unseasonably cold temperatures in March delayed roof shingle installation, which temporarily slowed interior work due to moisture concerns. The good news: shingles were successfully installed on April 10, allowing the project to move forward toward completion.
During this period, crews made steady progress on interior framing, electrical rough-ins, and sprinkler system installation.
Over the coming weeks, work will focus on completing framing, installing windows, continuing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, adding insulation, and beginning sheetrock and finishing work.
To ensure safety during construction, we ask visitors to use the front entrance and overflow parking in the adjacent gravel area when needed.
The project is currently about 60% complete and remains on track for a June 30 completion date.
